Dark cherry red. Swiss chocolate, liquorice, violets and aniseed with soft vanillin notes. A rich and opulent Cabernet Sauvignon with intense varietal characters of blueberries and cassis. Soft, silky tannins and a fresh tapered acidity providing rich primary fruit flavours on the finish and good depth.

Rich ruby red. Aromatic, youthful, fresh bouquet of marinated red berry fruits with hints of liquorice. Lovely balance of fruit, spirit, acid and sweetness. Rich cassis, black and blue berries and forest floor characters with a silky mouth feel without creating a cloying palate.

Crimson cherry red. White pepper, bell pepper, red berries and vanilla oak. Soft feminate Shiraz style, very delicate, lovely Shiraz essence with intense forest red berries, lovely hints of apricots from the Viognier, and well balanced oak and length.

Rich dark crimson, violet edges. Rich plump fruit cake, fresh plums, prunes and mocha tones.
Nice vanillin oak, and lifted potpourri. Soft, rich, firm Merlot, showing intense briars, forest floor berries, earthy, fruit cake characters with intense firm oak, and nicely balanced. Deep layered tannins, and textured acidity and good persistent palate.

Dark cherry. Fresh Cab Sauv floral tones, capsicum, hints of mint, lifted spice and nice vanillin oak. A firm ripe Cab Sauv, showing lovely red berry, floral tones, hints of spearmint and well integrated oak, acidity and fine tannin structure, creating lovely balance and harmony.

Unoaked. Light, bright pinky red. Fresh sour-cherry nose. Attractively sweet fruit but with well-judged tannin foundation.

Great colour, and a perfumed bouquet to a vibrant and fresh wine, the viognier lift working to perfection with the medium-bodied fruit; long finish.

A mix of red and blue pinot fruit is nuanced by touches of earth, underbrush and a smoky hint that is also reflected by the round and notably richer medium-bodied flavors that are more concentrated, delicious and serious while culminating in a solidly long finish.
