Very pale straw yellow with greenish glints, perfect clarity with abundant, persistent, minute pelage. The fresh, elegant bouquet offers flowery sensations merging into a typically fruity harmonious complexity with intense aromas reminiscent of golden apple. Fresh, delicate, balanced on the palate and light in alcohol with a long fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish, it goes extremely well with hors-d’oœvres and light firsdst courses.

The Rumball Vintage Sparkling Shiraz has been made from 100% Coonawarra Shiraz. The best base wines are set aside each year for a small vintage tiraging. The 1997 Vintage is the first of the vintage wines and is now released. The Vintage Sparkling Shiraz wines are the main wines entered in Australian Wine Shows.

Made from 100% Coonawarra Merlot, the fruit shows softness and a violet character on the palate, with a well balanced finish.  The palate shows raspberry and blueberry characters with a lovely soft finish.

This is the Rumball house style of NV Sparkling Red and is made from Coonawarra Shiraz. Coonawarra is one of the premium grape growing regions of South Australia. The Sparkling Shiraz is elegant with full fruit and strong Shiraz varietal character. It has a soft, smooth palate and is a great wine to complement fully flavoured foods.

Mornington Peninsula, it contains 53 per cent chardonnay and 47 per cent pinot noir. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and spends four years on yeast lees.
