Dark cherry red. Swiss chocolate, liquorice, violets and aniseed with soft vanillin notes. A rich and opulent Cabernet Sauvignon with intense varietal characters of blueberries and cassis. Soft, silky tannins and a fresh tapered acidity providing rich primary fruit flavours on the finish and good depth.

Dark cherry. Fresh Cab Sauv floral tones, capsicum, hints of mint, lifted spice and nice vanillin oak. A firm ripe Cab Sauv, showing lovely red berry, floral tones, hints of spearmint and well integrated oak, acidity and fine tannin structure, creating lovely balance and harmony.

Deep red with ruby hues. Ripe fruits of the forest, mulberries and cassis integrated with dark chocolate and cigar box spice. Full-bodied yet refined, displaying dark fleshy fruit characteristics. Blackcurrant jubes and Satsuma plums combine with subtle cedar/spicy oak characters. This dense wine is well structured with plush fruit, ripe tannins and a lingering finish.
