Crisp fresh white pear bouquet, combined with candied orange; the palate is lively and fresh, with good texture and depth of fruit; a pleasant combination of freshness and depth. Screwcap.

Light, fresh wine with pure fruit flavours, an ethereal texture and dry-ish finish. A Pinot Grigio style with good, though subtle pear flavours and a suggestion of spice. This is a style of Pinot Gris that I particularly like.

Colour    Pale in colour, with a golden hue

Bouquet    Aromas of nashi pear, quince and apple crumble

Palate    The palate is soft and textural, rich with flavours of fig and stone-fruit and a creaminess balanced by a fine acidity.

Food Pairing    Delicious with pork, Asian inspired dishes, or try it with a salad of blue cheese, pear and walnut.

Cellaring    This wine has the potential to improve over the next five years, whilst providing fresh lively drinking immediately.

Pale straw. Pear, apple and honeydew melon, with flint and mineral characters in the background. Densely textured, the wine shows varietal palate weight. Pear and lychee fruit characters dominate the mid palate, and fine acid builds length and structure.
