Dark cherry red. Swiss chocolate, liquorice, violets and aniseed with soft vanillin notes. A rich and opulent Cabernet Sauvignon with intense varietal characters of blueberries and cassis. Soft, silky tannins and a fresh tapered acidity providing rich primary fruit flavours on the finish and good depth.

Good hue; blackberry, blackcurrant, earth and dark chocolate all coalesce on the medium- to full-bodied palate, which has outstanding texture and structure, oak and tannins precisely controlled; 20 years cellaring suggestion on front label seems remarkably modest

Pale straw. The bouquet of this elegant yet powerful Chardonnay displays fresh pears, beeswax, citrus and white nectarine fruits with underlying hints of oatmeal, nougat and roasted almonds. Full bodied packed with pears, white fleshed stone fruits and zesty lemony / grapefruit flavours.There is a lovely complexity with a creamy texture derived from lees stiring and mealy characters in the background; the taught mineral structure, intense fruit and bright acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly with a lovely lingering fruit finish.
