 This too sports a highly spiced aromatic profile though here there is a much more pronounced earth influence that is picked up by the richer and bigger flavors that offer more volume but less detail on the balanced and relatively forward finish.

An interesting combination of the weight of the fruit grown in this vineyard with Champy’s 2006 austerity

 Noticeably reduction. The flavors however are very Chambolle with lacy and minerally middle weight flavors that possess lovely balance and length. A fine villages and worth a look.  Burghound 2010. Score: 87-89

'04 BH 88-91: This is remarkably ripe with plum and dark raspberry aromas that combine with rich, sweet and detailed flavours that are almost pungently mineral, all wrapped in a concentrated, sappy and racy finish. A lovely effort with both size and detail.
