Pale in colour, with a light green hue. Fresh pineapple, lime and citrus aromas with some honey and beeswax from a small blended botrytis component. The palate is well balanced with a vibrant grapefruit acidity balanced by a touch of residual sugar.

This wine is an ideal accompaniment to Asian spices such as curry, ginger, or lemon grass.
