Whilst easy drinking, it is a wine with a light nose and notes of fruits and flowers. Perfect as aperitif.

 Lots of solids have been used to build complexity into the wine, showing more savoury character than fresh fruits; fresh almond and cashew blend with a touch of lemon; the acidity is bracing and provides persistence to the finish.

Pale straw. Complex, apple, citrus and white stone fruit notes. Fruit driven Chardonnay exhibiting primary fruit characters of green apple and melon leading to a soft yet crisp clean palate of citrus, guava and grapefruit flavours balanced by natural acidity.
