Pale Straw. Good intensity and minerality with white nectarine and citrus flavours. This wine shows a creamy, nutty complexity with freshness and elegance. Medium weight with the richness of fruit supported by well integrated Frenchoak and balanced acidity. Great length in the finish with refreshingly cool climate finesse and delicacy.

Pale straw. The bouquet of this elegant yet powerful Chardonnay displays fresh pears, beeswax, citrus and white nectarine fruits with underlying hints of oatmeal, nougat and roasted almonds. Full bodied packed with pears, white fleshed stone fruits and zesty lemony / grapefruit flavours.There is a lovely complexity with a creamy texture derived from lees stiring and mealy characters in the background; the taught mineral structure, intense fruit and bright acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly with a lovely lingering fruit finish.

Pale straw. Displays fresh primary fruit characters. White fleshed stone fruits, pear and citrus, combine with restrained, complex yeast notes and hints of toasty oak in the background.

Pale straw green with yellow hues. A great example of pure Granite Belt Chardonnay, showing a lovely complex nose of citrus, vanilla, melon, fig and cashew with lifted mineral notes, and nice gun smoke hints. A rich and powerful Chardonnay exhibiting intense cashew, citrus oils and guava flavours with lifted river stone flint. Using only the finest French oak that gives a rich, creamy vanilla bean texture resulting from extended lees and fine oak maturation.

The nature of its soil fostered the harmonious development of the grapes’ aromas, with nuances of grilled hazelnut and almonds.
